To request Outreach Humanity’s assistance at your location, please fill out the form below, and we will get back to you within one business day. We will provide packages containing medical supplies for the unhoused community. Due to overwhelming demand, we cannot provide unlimited quantities of these supplies.
Please include the location, the requested date and time, the estimated number of persons, and the type of services you require. Outreach Humanity can only provide limited medical care without the participation of licensed medical professionals. If your attendees require such care, we can request medical physicians to participate alongside our volunteer teams. Our scope is generally limited to fewer than 100 participants per event, but please request regardless.
